Job summary

Personal Home Care of NC is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home personal care under RN supervision. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, monitoring vital signs, meal prep, and patient companionship, while documenting care and communicating with the nurse.

We require a high school diploma, state CNA training, current CNA certification, and a valid driver's license. The role may involve evenings and weekends, and a national background check is required.

Qualifications

• Prior CNA/PCA experience preferred.

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing personal care,perform ADL and IADL duties and assistance to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN).

Personal Home Care of NC (PHC) is a rapidly growing home healthcare agency looking for energetic and dedicated skilled caregivers that can fulfill the needs of our growing patient population. We are looking for dedicated CNAs to provide excellent patient care.
