Job summary

Personal Home Care of NC is seeking energetic CNAs to provide in-home care under RN supervision and to assist patients with ADL/IADL across multiple home visits in Mount Holly, NC. You will monitor vital signs, support daily living activities, and collaborate with RNs to ensure patient well-being.

We offer a $300 sign-on bonus and a $200 referral bonus for eligible CNAs, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification.
• Prior CNA/PCA experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a national background check.
