Job summary

Personal Home Care of North Carolina (PHC) is looking for energetic CNAs to deliver in-home care under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Charlotte area.

Responsibilities include ADL/IADL assistance, vital sign monitoring, meal help, companionship, and accurate documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma, state-approved CNA program, CNAs certification, valid driver's license, and ability to lift patients. Sign-on and referral bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Current CNA certification.
• Prior CNA/PCA experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

CNAs work in patients' homes and may be required to travel to multiple locations throughout the day. They may work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the needs of their patients. The job can be physically demanding, as CNAs may need to lift and move patients.

• $350 Sign-On Bonus (required to complete 90 days probationary period)
• $150 Employee Referral Bonus for all eligible CNAs
• $100 Employee Referral Bonus for all eligible PCAs
