Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Mesa, AZ is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our patient-centered care team. You will deliver routine daily nursing care and assist residents with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to patients as directed, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with activities of daily living to support patient comfort and quality of life.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with associates and vendors as needed.

• Long term care for residents who require ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
