Job summary

Allpro Homecare MA is seeking an Experienced CNA to join our team and help provide quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population. The role offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and online training.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers and meals, with emphasis on safety and client comfort. Must have a valid CNA license and be able to pass a background check.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists client with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Assists client with toileting, including use of bedpan, or toilet
• Assists client with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair
• Performs housekeeping duties
• Plan, prepare and serve meals, with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Report any unusual events or occurrences to the administrator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Completes all other duties within the Client Service Plan

Requirements

Qualifications:

MALE CNA PREFERRED

• Current state license in good standing as an CNA
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a background
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Adequate physical endurance
