$1.00 for Evening Shift and $1.50 for NOC Shift

Responsibilities:
  • Check residents routinely to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their wishes.
  • Review and update care plans daily, noting any changes in residents' conditions.
  • Inform nurse supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions for accurate documentation.
  • Assist residents with daily needs, including activities, social programs, and transportation.
  • Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic, and calm environment.
  • Prepare residents' rooms and ensure comfort.
  • Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident information per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active CNA license in this state.
  • Passion for caregiving and improving residents' quality of life.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Active CPR/BLS certification.
