Job summary

Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents. You will administer medications, coordinate care, and work with a dedicated team in a supportive nonprofit setting.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with every other weekend shifts, flexible schedules (Days and Evenings), wage range $37.57 to $44.89 per hour, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with team-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Document resident care using electronic charting.
• Notify clinical manager and physicians of significant changes and follow up.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty.

Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time, every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend):

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Full-Time or Part Time every other weekend)
• Evenings 2:30 PM - 11 PM TCU (Full Time)

Wage Range: $37.57 - $44.89 / hour depending on experience

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109

Nurse Responsibilities

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred.
