Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community in Hastings, MN, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to join a caring team. CNAs support residents with personal care, daily activities, and treatment coordination in a mission-driven, nonprofit setting.

Positions are full-time or part-time with rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and every other weekend. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible staff.

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence with personal care and daily living activities.

• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.

Hastings Senior Health & Living, a Cassia community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join the team in Hastings, MN. This is your opportunity to join a solid, stable, and fun team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hastings Senior Health & Living, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Position Type

Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Days: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Part-Time)

Evenings: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time)

Weekends - work every other Saturday and Sunday

Wage Range

$23.39 - $29.20 per hour depending on experience.

Shifts Differentials

• Evenings $1.50 / hour
• NOCs $1.75 / hour

We are located near the cities of Cottage Grove, Inver Grove Heights, South St. Paul, Rosemount, Woodbury and Prescott, Wisconsin.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN
• Document services performed on computerized charting system
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as needed

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age
