Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will provide hands‑on assistance with daily living activities and ensure the highest standard of care for our residents. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving the lives of seniors.

John-Wesley Villas supports professional growth and offers qualified CNAs the opportunity to complete on‑site training to advance into a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist residents with meal preparation.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Georgia.
• Previous experience in a senior living community preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with resident care.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
