Job summary

Dawsonhealth is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities and help ensure their dignity, comfort, and safety while building meaningful relationships.

You will work with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care, monitor changes, and maintain a clean, respectful environment. Prior LTC experience is welcome, but adaptability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, GA state or eligible.
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
