Job summary

Comer Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, deliver dignified, patient‑centered care, and partner with a skilled team to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

You will build relationships with residents and families, uphold compassionate service, and participate in care planning with nurses and interdisciplinary teammates, contributing to a positive workplace culture and meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
