CNA Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene

· Help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment

· Prepare resident rooms with necessary supplies such as blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment

· Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff

· Support residents with social engagement and emotional well-being

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

· Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care

CNA Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Active and unrestricted CNA certification

· Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required

· Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

· Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident care
