Job description

Join our team at Coral Harbor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a CNA!

Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Available shifts: Saturday and Sunday

Work 7.5 hours Saturday and 7.5 Sunday and receive 3 hours Baylor hours.

Work 15 hours Saturday and 15 hours Sunday and receive 7.5 Baylor hours

Same Day Pay!

Shift Differentials:

Weekdays 3 PM–11 PM & 11 PM–7 AM: Extra $1.00/hour

Weekends (7 AM–3 PM): Extra $0.75/hour

Weekends (3 PM–11 PM & 11 PM–7 AM): Extra $1.50/hour

All shifts include working every other weekend.

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3.00/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff

Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens

Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

Qualifications for CNAs:

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of New Jersey

Ability to work with multiple patients at once
