Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time overnight shifts (6p-6a), three shifts per week with an every third weekend rotation. Starting wages are $20.00/hour, with shift differentials and weekend package options.

You will provide daily living assistance, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment. We welcome Iowa-certified CNAs or those with Iowa CNA certificates; prior CNA experience is preferable.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an Iowa CNA certificate or equivalent.
• Experience as CNA preferred.
• Ability to perform Activities of Daily Living.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) for residents.
• Observe changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Assist with resident education and comfort.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
