Job summary

Rehabilitation Center of Allison is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join a friendly, caring team in a skilled nursing setting. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Traditional and flexible scheduling options are available to meet needs. Applicants should hold an Iowa CNA certificate; prior CNA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or completion from an Iowa-accredited CNA program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and assist with mobility and daily tasks.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Allison by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
