Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care needs and to work closely with the nursing team to provide attentive, respectful care in a warm, patient‑centered environment.

Core duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility), helping with meals and hydration, measuring and recording vital signs, and reporting any changes

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state where the facility is located.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and report concerns to nursing staff.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
