Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care needs under the direction of licensed nursing staff.

You will assist with activities of daily living, meals and hydration, monitor and report changes in residents’ condition, record vital signs, and help maintain clean, safe, and respectful environments while protecting privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state where the facility operates.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
