Job summary

Oxford Crossings in Langhorne, PA seeks a dedicated CNA to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with $15-$19/hour plus a $3/hour premium for full-time employees who waive benefits. Daily pay is offered.

The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care, support nursing staff, and promote resident dignity and safety. Candidates must hold an active PA CNA license, have BLS/CPR, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
• Assist residents with daily living activities: feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Pennsylvania.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
