Job summary

Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide safe, dignified care in a sub-acute and long-term setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, observing residents, and collaborating with licensed staff in a supportive team environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $21.50 per hour with daily pay options and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. Equal employment opportunity statement included.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
  • Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
  • Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
  • Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

  • Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

  • Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

  • Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

  • Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

  • Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
