Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our friendly, caring team at Avantara Lake Norden. A unencumbered SD CNA certificate is required, with prior CNA experience preferred. You will assist residents with daily living tasks, observe health changes, and help maintain a safe environment.

We provide paid certification classes, same-day pay, and a range of benefits. The position includes opportunities for growth within our Memory Care Unit.

Formación

• As a minimum, an unencumbered South Dakota CNA certificate or completion from a state-approved CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and maintain safety in the care environment.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and ensure high standard of care.
• Support team in Memory Care Unit during morning shifts when available.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Lake Norden by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
