Avantara St. Cloud is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our memory care team. The role offers 12-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time options, including day and overnight schedules.

A valid SD CNA certificate is required to apply, and we provide CNA classes for career development. As the front line of care, you will support residents with daily activities, monitor changes in condition, and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
• CNA classes are available for career movement via online platform.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COSIDERATION APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:

As a minimum, you must have a current and unencumbered State of South Dakota CNA CERTIFICATE, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant experience is preferable.

We also offer C.N.A classes (online platform) if you are interesting in moving into a new healthcare career as a CNA.

As a CNA, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara St. Cloud by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
