Alden Estates of Jefferson is hiring CNAs to provide essential ADL care and support to residents in a compassionate, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• C.N.A. certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Willingness to work PM/NOC shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL care for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses to monitor weights, vital signs and skin care.
• Communicate changes in resident behavior/status to the care team.
• Support residents during PM and NOC shifts.
