Job summary

The Alden Network in Jefferson, Wisconsin is hiring Registered Nurses to join our care team. We provide uniforms, on-site training, and generous tuition reimbursement to support your growth, with health insurance, paid vacation, 401K, and flexible scheduling.

Our nurses collaborate with CNAs to provide ADL care, monitor vitals, and participate in medication management and quality improvement processes. Orientation helps a smooth transition to our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active Wisconsin RN license.
• Ability to collaborate with CNAs and nursing staff.
• Experience in clinical assessments and medication management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CNAs to provide ADL care and monitor residents.
• Perform clinical assessments, admissions/discharges, and medication management.
• Participate in QA processes and use EMR systems with orientation support.
