Cassia's Allina Health Restorative Suites in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team.

The role offers full-time or part-time shifts (days/evenings/nights) with wage of $36.00–$44.50 per hour and shift differentials; benefits include PTO, retirement plan with employer match, and healthcare options.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents.

• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition.
• Performs additional duties as required.

As a Registered Nurse at AHRS** , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN)**who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Shifts Available:
Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM(Full-Time or Part-Time)
Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Part-Time)
Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Part-Time)

Wage: $36.00 - $44.50 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:
Evenings $1.50 / hour
Nights $2.00 / hour

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.
• Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician’s orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.
