Job summary

Alpha Home a Waters Community in Indianapolis is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. As a CNA you will provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans and supervisor directions.

Requirements include GED and CNA certification, license in good standing, ability to understand and follow instructions, and willingness to work weekend shifts. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

The CNA position provides each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors.

CNA Job Requirements

• Must possess, as a minimum, a GED and Certified Nursing Assistant Course
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state
• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Must be able to work a weekend rotation
