Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Position Details

Location: Hutchinson Health and Rehab, Hutchinson, KS

Shift: Full-time day shift, 6a-6p or 6p-6a

This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary of $17.00 - $19.00. We provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, and daily pay options.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and record vital signs and weights.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, attitudes, and behaviors.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and facility policies.
• Build rapport with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required. We seek trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and compassionate team players.

Work Schedule

12-hour shifts with rotating weekends, 6a-6p or 6p-6a.
