• Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately.
• Document tasks like shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate effectively with staff about urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts and adhere to safety policies.
