Atlantic View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care in a 154-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting in Newport News, VA. Part-time shifts are available with daily pay, and you will work under supervision to support residents’ daily living needs.

Requirements include current VA CNA license and BLS/CPR. Join a values-driven team focused on passion, respect, and excellence in resident care.

Formación

• Must hold an active, unencumbered CNA license in VA.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$18-$20.50/hour (all-inclusive)

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
