Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Greensboro, North Carolina to provide patient-centered home care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support daily living activities, monitor client conditions, and contribute to care plans.
