Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Guilford County is seeking a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Greensboro and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes ADLs, mobility assistance, safety, and family communication.

The successful candidate will be NC-certified, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have strong interpersonal skills. BLS is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required for travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA in North Carolina.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced home-care setting and prioritize tasks.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks as needed.
• Monitor and maintain a safe environment, including medication supervision.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
