Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, delivering basic nursing care and assisting with activity participation and social programs while maintaining professional standards and excellent communication with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Prior CNA experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assist residents with daily living needs and personal care.
• Prepare residents for activities and social programs; assist with routine activities.
• Provide basic nursing care under the direction of a licensed nurse supervisor.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of the nursing assistant responsibilities and perform basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor.
