Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide compassionate home-based care to patients. You will perform personal care tasks, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support safe mobility under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

The role requires a valid CNA certificate and the ability to travel between patient homes. Eligible candidates enjoy comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with employer match, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holiday pay, and mileage

Competenze

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide with active CNA credential.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull and support up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess a valid drivers license, or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

• Provide hands-on personal care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, blood pressure).
• Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.

As a Certified Nurse Aide , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.

• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.

• Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment.

• Follow each patient's individualized care plan.

• Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition to the care team.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.

• Remind patients to take medications as directed.

• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow safety and infection control guidelines.

• Maintain accurate documentation, protect patient privacy, and participate in required training.

What is Required?

• Current State certificate as a Certified Nursing Aide.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment

• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
