Summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately, completes admission procedures, responds promptly to resident needs, and performs rounds and repositioning as scheduled. Takes vital signs, measures intake/output, and performs treatments as instructed. Maintains supplies and equipment, completes continuing education, and interacts effectively with team members. Maintains confidentiality and gives shift reports.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required
• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients and equipment
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour.
