Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Indiana communities. We value compassionate care and partner in caring to support residents’ independence and comfort.

We offer full-time and PRN roles with 2nd shift, starting pay $18.50/hour plus $3.00 shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package and DailyPay access.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care).
• Provide a wide range of support under nurse supervision.
• Help residents stay comfortable and as independent as possible while living daily life.
• Provide accurate, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.
