Job summary

Darway Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply! We provide high-quality care in a supportive, team-focused environment with short-term rehab and long-term care services.

Join us to help residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily activities while working with a dedicated nursing team. We offer opportunities for growth and a flexible schedule in a patient-centered facility.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with restorative care and daily activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregivers.
