Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care that promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being in a warm, supportive environment.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time schedules (3:00 PM–11:00 PM; 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with shift differentials of $1.50/hour for Evening/Overnight and Memory Care. Starting pay ranges from $16–$18 per hour, plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or memory care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals.
• Strong communication and resident care skills.
• Memory Care experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate personal care and support.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment.
• Work closely with nurses and care team members to provide exceptional care.

In this role, you will provide exceptional hands-on care that promotes residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differentials Available:

• + $1.50/hour for Evening & Overnight Shifts
• + $1.50/hour for Memory Care Shifts
