Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an Arbor Company community, is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

We offer full- and part-time schedules, evening and memory care shift differentials, paid time off, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth. We train the right person and value teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP or PCT preferred.
• No certification is required; training is provided for the right candidate.
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required.

The Lakeside at Amelia Island

an upscale assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistant (RA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hands-on care that promotes residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differentials Available:

• + $1.50/hour for Evening & Overnight Shifts
• + $1.50/hour for Memory Care Shifts
