Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community by The Arbor Company, is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts with evening and memory-care differential. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, plus benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or PCT preferred
• No certification required — we are willing to train the right person
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented individuals

Job description

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Resident Care Assistant (RA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hands‑on care that promotes residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well‑being in a warm and supportive environment.

Available Schedules:

• Full‑Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part‑Time Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differentials Available:

• +$1.50/hour for Evening & Overnight Shifts
• +$1.50/hour for Memory Care Shifts
