Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents and collaborate with nurses. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and help maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification in the state of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers and repositioning).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Document care and observations per facility policies.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Position Overview: Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA )

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in our care.

Required Qualifications:

1. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state you are applying for
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to varying shift schedules.
7. Current CPR certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
