Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care for seniors in Montana, delivering compassionate, patient-centered support.

You’ll assist with ADLs, mobility and therapy-related tasks while coordinating with nurses and therapists to maintain independence and safety in the home setting. The role offers flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient relationships, online training, and travel reimbursement with after-hours/weekend pay differentials.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Montana Nursing Assistant Certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease.
• Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Work with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
