Location: The Arbor at Delray

Shift Options:

1. Full-time: 7am - 3pm
2. Part-time: 7am - 3pm & 11pm - 7am

*Some weekend work required

Starting pay: $16.50, with additional pay for experience.

Your Role and Impact:

As a Certified Medication Aide / Med Tech:

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring compassionately
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions using excellent communication skills
• Coach and lead other care team members

As a Certified Nursing Assistant:

• Provide personalized care to support seniors in daily activities
• Encourage socialization and engagement among residents
• Create a safe and thriving environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant
• Current CNA certification
