West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, all shifts at a pay rate of $17.50 per hour plus shift differentials. Join our team dedicated to resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

As a CNA you will provide essential daily living assistance, monitor vitals, assist with activities, document care, and work with nurses to deliver quality care while maintaining a clean, safe and compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care or related setting preferred.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm to manage residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living activities support for residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor weight, vitals, and input/output to maintain stability.
• Communicate observations to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses with procedures and treatments as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident condition.

Key Duties:

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregiver, providing support for all activities of daily living.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility needs.

• Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, and input/output.

• Communicate any observations of changes in a resident’s status to the nursing team.

• Assist nurses and other medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.

• Ensure resident rooms and living areas are clean, comfortable, and safe.

• Support residents’ emotional well-being by providing companionship and social interaction.

• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.

• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident condition.

• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:
