Beach Breeze Rehabilitation and Care in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide resident-centered care in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida CNA license in good standing, demonstrates compassion and reliability, and collaborates effectively with our nursing team and staff to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license in good standing.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal service
• Safely support residents with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care provided and complete all required logs and forms
