Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under supervision. You will assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support resident dignity and safety in a regulated setting.
The role requires a current Illinois CNA license, good communication in English, and compassion. Full-time hours include early shifts; on-site benefits are provided.

PAY: $18.00 per hour, plus up to 6.5% subsidy DOE ($7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus available for Full-Time)
HOURS: Full-Time 6:00AM-6:00PM, every other weekend
PRN 6:00AM-6:00PM
PRN 6:00PM-6:00AM
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor and report changes in condition, and support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards.
