Lincoln Village Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety in a long-term care setting.
The role requires a current Illinois CNA certification and good English communication. Full-time hours include early shifts with every other weekend; a sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

PAY: $18.00 per hour, plus up to 6.5% subsidy DOE ($7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus available for Full-Time)
HOURS: Full-Time 6:00AM-6:00PM, every other weekend
PRN 6:00AM-6:00PM
PRN 6:00PM-6:00AM
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor and report changes in condition, and support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards.
