Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for patients who worked in DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship, and light household support, while following care plans and reporting changes in condition.

This part-time CNA role is based in Cortez, CO, with salary and shift differentials noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (CO).
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

$16.50 - $23.00 based on experience.

$1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends.
