Summary

Provides patient care support including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety services as directed by Charge Nurse. Documents appropriately, completes admission procedures, responds to resident needs, and ensures safety and comfort. Performs routine procedures, maintains supplies, and updates the charge nurse. Attends continuing education and collaborates effectively with team members. Maintains confidentiality and completes shift reports.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required
• Active CNA certification in the state of employment
• CPR certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients and equipment
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Pay range: $16.08 - $25.24 per hour
