WE'RE HIRING FULL-TIME CNAs FOR THE DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS. THESE ARE 12-HOUR SHIFTS: 7A - 7P & 7P - 7A.

Our pay range (CNAs) begins at $15.00 per hour and increases based on your experience. The cap is $17.50. The final pay rate is determined at the facility level after experience verification. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2nd/3rd shifts. Employees are paid weekly, every Friday.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Transport patients to and from dining areas and assist with feeding.
• Report observations on patient's health, comfort, and safety, including skin integrity, elimination, pain management, and sleep patterns.
• Record vital signs: temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Assist with administrative duties such as answering phones, call lights, door, and porch visits.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification from the State of Georgia.
• Good communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and shift flexibility for day/evening shifts.
• Alignment with the organization’s standards, values, and beliefs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with patients, families, supervisors, and colleagues.
