Now hiring for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in Montgomery County, PA.

Hours: M-F 8:30AM-5PM

This Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Providing or assisting in ADL activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care, and nails.
2. Assisting with toileting, positioning, transfer activities, and frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound residents/patients.
3. Assisting with prescribed exercises and ROM activities as taught by the Hospice Nurse.
4. Helping with light housekeeping of the patient's personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and laundry.
5. Feeding and assisting with meals.
6. Measuring temperature, pulse, and respirations under supervision.
7. Reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the Hospice Nurse and documenting the information accordingly.
8. Reminding or assisting patients with medication in compliance with regulations.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Professional Experience:

1. Must have a valid State Certified CNA license.
2. Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
3. No experience necessary but 1 year preferred.
4. Willingness to travel required.
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
