Centers Health Care's Schenectady Center is actively seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants for our skilled nursing facility in Schenectady, NY. Base rate is $18.54-$20.31 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights, and Daily Pay is available through a trusted third-party provider.

We offer a two-tiered insurance plan with medical and dental, flexible schedules for full-time, part-time, or per-diem, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• NY State CNA certification required.
• Current good standing with the State Registry.
• Comfortable working as part of a care team.

Responsabilités

• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurses.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene (bed baths, shaving, etc.).
• Set up meal trays and document intake of food and fluids.
• Feed residents and provide nutritional supplements as needed.
• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

DUTIES:

• Observing Residents
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy
• Transporting Residents within the Facility
• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work as a team member
• NY State Certification Required
• Must be in good standing with State Registry
